We’re looking for a hands-on production leader to own roofing projects from contract to completion. This role combines project management, scheduling, field oversight, quality control, and margin protection into one accountable position.

Responsibilities include:
Managing all jobs after sale
Scheduling crews, materials, permits, and inspections
Field supervision and quality control
Managing subcontractors and job costs
Customer communication during production
Ideal candidate:
5+ years roofing or construction operations experience
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and codes
Comfortable in the field and the office
High accountability, problem-solver mindset
