Monday, August 5, I will be part of the 25th anniversary photo shoot of the artists who performed for Palm Beach Dramaworks over the past quarter of a century. “I did 3 plays and 3 play readings for them through my last appearance in 2014 before I retired.

The best thing I’ve done for myself is to arm myself with the best research out there about my body and its functioning and nutrition. Give up a movie or novel and do some reading or streaming on the subjects themselves. For starters, learn about your microbiome.‼️‼️🫐🥝🥦🥛🥗🍏🍎🥑
