January 2019, I finally committed!

Day 1: I would have previously told you my blood type was coffee, but day 1 I challenged myself to 0 of my normal 3-4 cups.

You can’t convince me that this system isn’t for EVERYBODY! I have cried actual tears of joy on more than one occasion for the impact this has made on people. On me. On my family! My team! (Shout out to you all because y’all are phenomenal!!!!!) What a blessing it is to feel good, to sleep well, to have better PATIENCE with my son because I’m not so exhausted.
