🔥 When a swamp cooler goes down in a warehouse, you FEEL it.

This commercial evaporative cooler needed some serious attention. Instead of automatically recommending replacement, we got to work repairing the existing equipment and getting it back in operation.

Swamp coolers are workhorses for warehouses and commercial buildings here in Colorado, but bearings, shafts, belts, pulleys, pumps and other components eventually wear out. When a Job Gets Complicated, We Focus on Getting It Fixed Right

We were called out to this home at the request of an electrician friend who wanted a trusted HVAC company to help get the homeowner’s system back up and running.

From what we were told, there had been a dispute involving the previous HVAC company and payment, and it appears some components may have been removed from the system afterward.

We weren’t there to get involved in what happened between the homeowner and the previous contractor. Our job was simple: figure out what the system needed and get it fixed properly.

We identified what was missing, made the necessary repairs, and worked to get the system operating the way it should again.

Here’s my son giving this outdoor coil a proper cleaning — from the inside out.

This homeowner replaced their own run capacitor to get the AC running again. Unfortunately, the capacitor wasn’t properly secured in the mounting bracket.

Not every AC that freezes up has a refrigerant leak.
