We, Rick and Maureen Egermier, are the husband and wife team that founded Egermier Builders Inc. Our business began by running a single residential framing crew which grew to multiple crews within a couple of years. As the housing market continued to boom in the late 1990’s we took advantage of our network of subcontractors, flair for design, and started general contracting high end middle class h

omes. Just like everywhere else in the United States, the Omaha, Nebraska market also crashed in 2007. We were fortunate to be able to continue to do what we knew and loved but switched from the custom home building to remodeling and restoration. We have been blessed to be able to provide a great life for our five children but always feel we need to be a continued example of learning and growth to them. So at the end of 2012 we decided to complement our construction and knack for design by becoming more involved on the real estate side of the housing market and opened RME Properties Inc to handle the buying, selling, and rental side of our business. Egermier Builders Inc continues to provide a great solution to home owner's who need to remodel, renovate, or repair their home, as well as adding desirable rental properties to the community. We are excited that in 2025 to recommit to the new home construction market. With the high demand in housing needs to our area, we felt our expertise needed to be showcased once again in ground up projects. We have found that both business have complimented each other very well in giving home owner's a greater understanding of the consumer market when deciding to hire us to do their project.
