Had to pull up old tiles .
Cut out the rotten wood ...3/4 inch and 1/2 inch floor boards .replaced the floor boards .
Installed luxury laminate flooring...

Clean out under a house in a crawl space.
Another contractor did some insulation work in a crawl space and left all this trash and unfinished work.

Had to get under crawl space to seal under the house . Coverd all holes with hydraulic cement than let it cure.
After it cured we painted with sealer
