My Company is looking for a Qualified Journeyman Electrician. And EXTRA HEAVY ON THE QUALIFIED!
ONE THAT DOES NOT:
- Wear S. Main Iron shirts everyday
- Snort Co***ne, do other drugs, while on Clock
- Is an Alcoholic
- Have Margaritas @ “the spot” on Company time
- Show up Late
- Lie, Cheat, Steal Service Call Cash, etc.
- Embrace Lack of Communication
- Work harder on your illegal side jobs
- Burn up Motors
- Hang Major Service Equipment w/ TekScrews
- Show my apprentices how not to be
- Lose my tools
- Swiss Cheese my Equipment
- Miss Scheduled Appointments
- Have an issue with turning in Receipts, Daily Reports, Time sheets, Job Documentation, etc.
- Show up w/out tools, materials
- Act like a Rookie everyday
- Wear Tennis shoes to work
- Have hookers reaching out to you on the Company phone
- Handle Mortgage Refinance stuff with Lonestar Credit on my Company phone
- Has to leave to get kids all the time
- Fill up personal vehicles w/ Company card
- Have your wife asking me where and why you spent money from your PERSONAL account.
- Claim Daily- “It will never happen again”
Shouldnt be hard. But man you’d Be Surprised!
Had to get rid of the last one. Didnt work out.
