2 Day laundry room facelift in Dublin.

We did the demo, new countertop, sink, faucet, and layed the tile on Monday.

Monday night I spent 30min. in the woodshop making a cuttingboard from the sink cut out of the countertop to give to the customer as a gift.

Grout & paint on Tuesday.

Hilliard Basement complete!

We have finished the basement project in Hilliard. We are just waiting on the shower glass. As soon as the glass comes in we can do final inspections and the customer can move in. This one was a little tricky because we started with an already partially finished basement, however we were able to transform the 900sq. ft. space in approximately 6 weeks (30 days on site).

Hilliard Basement Finish:

A couple weeks ago we started a basement finish project in Hilliard. This basement was already partially finished in a large open format. We added 2 egress windows and divided one side in to two bedrooms. On the other side of the basement we framed out for a rec room and cut up the concrete floor to add a full bathroom.

The bathroom will feature a large 3' x 6' all tile shower with a glass surround and a dual sink vanity.

Plumbing, Electric, HVAC, and Framing inspections all passed last week, and our insulation inspection passed yesterday.

Our drywall crew carried in and hung all of the drywall today, and finish/mud work will start tomorrow.

By the middle of next week we will be doing the first coat of paint and getting started on the tile shower.

We will continue to share this project as we progress.

We just finished this tile shower in Hillard a couple weeks ago. 4x12" beveled edge glass tile on the walls, natural stone and stainless mosaic on the floor, bench & niche back, and marble for the curb and wall cap. Precision Glass and Shower will be installing the glass next week. This new shower is 12" bigger than the old shower and turned out beautiful! Would you like a fancy new shower?

We assembled another Gazebo for a customer in Pataskala last Friday. We then went back today and ran electric for their string lights and ceiling fan.

My first decorative trim wall. This was done in the 1st. floor half bath of my 2 story room addition we just completed a couple months ago. This took roughly 4 days to complete with caulking & painting. We will be doing another larger wall in a few months in our dining room.

We have really neglected posting on our page recently. Being short staffed and extremely busy it simply got left in the dust....

Here is a small update to some garage steps in Pickerington we did recently. What a difference!

I (Dan) just completed a 1,350 sq. ft. room addition on my own house that took me about 12 months to do mostly working by myself. I will start sharing the pictures of it over the next few weeks. Tons of cool aspects to see! A completely custom floating staircase, decorative trim wall, & a radiant heating system to name a few.
