Had a small job this morning fixing a broken window regulator on a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. One of the track bolts was loose and caused the regulator to break. Took about an hour to remove and replace.

All done replacing the worn struts on the front of my truck. Kept wondering why it was still shaking after new tires and an alignment.
I had taken it to Les Schwab and they said the struts were still good when they did the alignment . The struts were completely worn out.

Did a quick job replacing some plywood on a customers gazebo. I screwed down the fence boards on top of the old shingles...

Did a quick job replacing some plywood on a customers gazebo. I screwed down the fence boards on top of the old shingles since we weren’t replacing the shingles just yet and I didn’t want it flying off. I’ll come back to paint it next week 😎

I swapped out this old GFCI outlet that was connected to a pool pump. It was melted on the back when pulled it out.

Did a quick fix on a washing machine that wouldn’t spin while draining. It had a sock and other junk clogging the pump. The customer has been dealing with the broken washer for over a year and now is super happy to have it working again 😎 If the pump is clogged up the washer won’t spin and you’ll be left with soaked clothes.

Nice day prepping a house for sale in Merced. Put new screen and fixed the wheels on the big screen door (36”x 96”) . The screen is $300 brand new for that size so fixing it saved the owner around $250. Replaced the leaking kitchen faucet. Caulked and painted the rear door. Then did a bunch of small repairs around the property before the home inspector does their thing.

One last job at the end of the day. Gate looks brand new again.

All finished updating a bathroom for a family friend. I scrubbed and stained the tile grout gray , new baseboards , toilet , light and switches , door handle , and some fresh paint. Came out really nice and she loved it.
