Great review from Linda... "When my AC quit on an extremely hot day, I immediately looked on Google maps to find the closest AC repair to me. I found Folsom Lake Heating and Air just around the corner and I was thrilled they weren't a chain company. I called and they immediately picked up. They scheduled a diagnostic appointment for the next morning. When Nick arrived the next day, it took him only 15 minutes to diagnose the problem. He explained it to me and showed me the part that went bad. He gave me the price of a new part which was very fair. Within 45 minutes my AC was working like a charm. What I appreciated about Nick was that he didn't try to upsell any unnecessary products or services. He was extremely nice and professional and communicated very well. I will very highly recommend FLH&A for everyone!"

Great review from larry... "All I can say is wow! I called FLHA to see about fixing my downstairs thermostat (no power, blank display), and Tami immediately (same day) sent a technician, Leo, to investigate. To make a long story short, in three visits (all within 72 hours, due to needed atypical parts) Leo deduced the issues down to 1. a bad fuse, 2. a blown thermostat in the air handler unit, and 3. an issue with the contactor piece in the condenser unit causing a short. How do I know these details? Because Leo is a patient and master explainer of his experiments, what the outcomes may be and what he actually found. How do I know he's patient? Because he didn't at all mind my hanging out and constantly asking all sorts of questions. Honestly, when an experiment hits a brick wall and the technician's response is "hmmm.. interesting", that is the scientist you want working on your system! Thanks Leo, we're up and running again!"
