We are looking for 1 or 2 experienced lawn care workers (or eagerness to learn quickly) to work our summer season.
What you need:
Great work ethic
Good communication
Maturity
Drug free
Social Security number
Willing to work M-F and occasional Saturdays
Able to work up to 12 hour days in the Florida heat
Able to get along with other crew members
Preference to those who have a valid drivers license and working vehicle
What we offer:
Over minimum wage hourly pay; paid weekly
All necessary gear purchased after your probation period (includes boots, pants, shirts, gloves, hat, sun/safety glasses, gators)
Water and Gatorade provided throughout the day
An established crew of guys experienced in working together through many seasons
Possibility of no lay off periods through the off season
All needed equipment to perform your job effectively
On the job training if necessary
