On to the next project that I recently finished up. This beautiful home in Dunstable, MA was owner built. Which was a lot of fun to work along side the home owner and see their dreams come to life. I gained more than just a customer doing this house, I gained a friend out of it. Since we finished the last house tour in the primary bathroom, I figured that was a great place to start this tour off.

The basement bathroom of the house in Concord. All the waste lines run under the concrete slab back to a Liberty sewage ejector in an adjacent mechanical room, where it's pumped up and out to the septic system. When draining by gravity isn't an option, this is the next best way to remove the waste.

Viessmann makes some of the nicest boilers on the market in my opinion, which is why I installed this Viessmann Vitoden boiler paired with a 79 gallon Viessmann indirect water heater at the new house down in Concord. I used all Webstone valves, which are another favorite product of mine. Taco circulators and control. Spirotherm low loss header. This will be a very reliable heating system for whoever the new owners will be.

Recently finished up another beautiful new construction project with Six Point Builders in Concord, MA. This house will be hitting the market soon. I'll be posting photos of the parts of the project I had my hands in over the next week or two, starting with this pretty awesome gas fireplace. Probably one of the last gas fireplaces to be installed in a new home for the town of Concord since they passed the new regulations of no gas in new construction.

Another Six Point Builders project recently wrapped up in Lincoln, MA. We built a ADU on this property last year for the owner of this home, so her child and their family took over the main house (which their father had built) and wanted to put some personal touches on it.

The Soake pools are complete! This job really came out nice. Six Point Builders knocked this one out of the park. It was probably the most fun job I have done so far this year. I piped both heated pools, an outdoor shower, and a generator just to highlight a few of the tasks that were entrusted to me.

I havent posted much lately. We had a slow start to the year, but now are in one of our busiest falls since starting the business. Here's one we wrapped up recently in Pepperell. Used to be a dentist office, but has now been converted into a single family home and is now up for sale. See the listing below.
