Homeowner in Warminster had a few shingles blow off and a couple others falling off due to improper ventilation and high winds. We replaced/ patched them in for the time being, to protect the house until a full replacement!

A return customer in Green Lane had AGD back out to do a patch and paint on there chimney after replacing the trim on their dormers previously. The stucco wasn’t in bad enough shape to warrant a full re stucco so we patched any damaged areas and gave it a refresh with two coats of exterior paint. We noticed the dryer exhaust vent was broken and replaced that while we were up there.

A temporary repair for a customer in Telford. High winds blew this aluminum siding off. AGD installed a housewrap and used flashing tape to secure all the edges for the time being. We would eventually come back to replace the siding, fascia and soffit on the whole house

A return customer in Montgomeryville. The chimney was a complete rebuild a couple years back because of in improperly installed chase cap and bad flashings and subpar house wrap.
Our customer brought us back to give the knee wall and post a refresh to match the beautified chimney. The siding was removed to properly flash the wall to masonry transition and installed a new traditional finish stucco to match the chimney.

Stucco & Stone remediation job, removed the stucco and stone. Repaired all the damaged substrate (plywood) and installed HydroGap to make it weather tight. Installed Certainteed CertaPlank in color Natural Clay with a 7” exposure to rival Hardie plank and Certainteed Stone Facade in color Harbor Sunset to replace the stone veneer.
