Full rip and rebuild. We removed about 10 inches thick of roofing and multiple layers of plywood that had several layers of roofing each. Nasty rip for a super clean finish, roof hasn’t had a gutter system ever so we installed one at no cost to our customer as a token of appreciation for waiting for us for several weeks of scheduling to make it out.

Just because we don’t post every day doesn’t mean we aren’t over loaded and getting to it😎 Full re deck with some joist repairs. Framed a built in gutter with precision to handle all the water shed properly. On the side of the roof we removed vinyl siding and added some new wood/nailers and installed a piece of Azek with caps over the screw holes for a seamless no fastener finish after wrapping it twice 😎We’ll be back for some soffit/siding soon. New vinyl siding on the rear of the house plus front porch roof restoration with an EPDM repair we removed incorrectly installed C5 drip edge to slag stop heavy duty edge metal covered with 6 inch EPDM cover tape. We also removed all rotted plywood from the side of the soffit and installed new pressure treated 2xs then covered it with AZEK with hidden fasteners and painted the entire soffit and all the supports😎📈

Finally we’re able to come back and stain the wood and paint everything. So glad it’s done, another forever client in the books. From the framing of the roof to the lights and outlets on the balcony to the color scheme this job was executed so well. The neighbors are non stop telling us how good of a job we did. Honored to do another quality job in Powelton village 😎📈
