Cedar and Epoxy Decorative Tray

I made this tray using live edge red cedar. It features a black epoxy river, copper accents, bird cage handles, chamfered edges, and sits on rubber feet.

Customer wanted copper pigments in the epoxy. After a few sample pours we decided this color combo was just right. What are your thoughts?

I made this tray using my 24x16 👍🏻 HDPE construction, leveling feet, and dividers made this easy to cast.

Walnut and Epoxy Serving Boards
🪵 🤍 ✨

This set is made from live edge walnut. The heartwood and sapwood from this board has rich tones. It pairs nicely with the white epoxy. The small stand will stay balanced for whatever combination of boards you have in it👍🏻 This upright design with the three boards will save you counter space while not in use, as well as give you great working surface while in use. And they look damn nice just being presented😁

To make this set I used my 24x48 resin mold. The continuous grain design of this set requires a large mold. And the hold down clamps work perfectly👏🏻

As always, I used to cast this piece. Performed awesome👌🏻

The pigment for this set is pure pearl white. Shiny and clean!!!

I used BROWN CA glue to fill the voids in the walnut. First time using the brown. It’s worth having a bottle on hand. Check out the link in my bio for discount code👍🏻

The finish on this set is oil and wax. This oil is my favorite for serving boards. Food safe and durable.

Olivewood and Epoxy
Serving/Charcuterie Tray 🟦🟩

This board is made from olivewood. The layout on this tray was fun to make. Tray features chamfered edge detail, rubber feet, and antique brass hardware.

I used an island charcuterie bundle from to make this piece. Amazing wood. 🙌🏻

To cast this piece I used my 24x48 resin mold. The hold downs are perfect for the separate pieces!

The performed perfectly.
The colors in this piece are vibrant! I used bora bora blue and cobalt blue.👍🏻

I used black CA glue to fill all voids in the olivewood.

I finished this tray with oil and wax, for a durable food safe finish.

Leopardwood and Epoxy Tray
🐆 🪵 🤍

I made this tray using a bright and rich grain piece of leopardwood. The color is a reddish/orange and really dances in the light. This species of wood is a common exotic wood, but rarely used in epoxy woodworking. The grain structure of the wood has “flecks” which are the small circles you see. They look like they would have some texture, but the surface is very smooth. I wanted to really highlight the natural tones of the wood, so I chose a flat white epoxy to give ultimate contrast. I enjoy the the diagonal layout on these trays. The bright white handles have a pop of chrome and add function and eye appeal. The perimeter has a double chamfered edge. Tray sits on clear rubber feet to protect the surface you put it on. This piece can be used as a serving tray or a nice focal point for your decor.👍🏻

As always, I used to make this piece. The white pigment was also from SuperClear, I used their white SuperColors liquid pigment. 🙌🏻

To finish this tray I used oil and wax to seal and protect the wood. These finishes are food safe so feel feel to use this as a charcuterie tray. 🍷 🧀 🍇 🥖

Walnut / Epoxy Cork Tray 🍷 🪵 🍇

This tray is made from live edge walnut. It has nice transitions from heartwood to sapwood. The highlighting feature of this tray is the wine cork epoxy river on the front. The bottom layer is black/gray and the full corks are resting on top giving nice contrast. The satin black handles match well. The top and bottom perimeters have chamfered edges. The top layer is flood coated for a durable finish. Tray measures:
7.5 x 23.5 x 2.5

I used my 24x16 resin mold to cast this piece. The leveling feet and dividers make this mold a pleasure to use!👍🏻

I used for the base layer, casting, and flood coat. Performed amazing!🙌

The pigment for this piece is battle ship gray and black onyx. 👏

To fill some natural voids in the walnut I used black CA and accelerator.

Olivewood and Epoxy Charcuterie Board

🤩Glow in the Dark 🌚 💡 🔹

This board was made using my 8.5 x 18.5 resin mold. After curing, this mold is perfect for charcuterie templates. Fun combo to work with👍🏻

As always, I used to make this piece. I used 2:1 liquid glass to give a bubble free and transparent finish! 👊🏻

To fill the small natural voids in the olivewood I used black CA and accelerator 🦾

I finished the board with oil and wax, for a durable food safe finish. 🥑🥒🍞🧈🍷🧀

The pigment for this board is Daijin Blue. First time using glow pigments, and they are pretty cool🙌😁
