We teamed up with our friends at Lapstone, LLC on this full gut demolition and cleanout project in South Philadelphia.

Our crew removed the roof, ceilings, walls, construction debris, demolition waste, and personal belongings left behind throughout the property—taking it all the way down to the subfloor.

The result? A completely cleared-out shell that's ready for the next phase of construction.
