Lesson learned. This is a nursing home. Don't care more about the equipment than the people who own it. They have been running on one pump, have 2 parts of the boiler system down, and turned down service after Im prepping to start rebuilding the pump thats down. You always need the back up pump ready to go just incase your main pump fails. Gave them a good number and was going to rebuild the pump myself.
