Customer had a leak in their basement and multiple companies came to evaluate it and give their opinion on the where the leak was coming from, but non concrete enough to pin point the exact cause. Trying to charge my customer a ton of money for unnecessary work. Turns out the deck was built very poorly and with no flashing whatsoever so ever. After removing one of the flooring pieces we found the exact area casing the leak and seal it off, then proceeded to install the necessary flashing to divert the water from the house. Finally it was time to just put everything back together and give it a few test. Customer still haven’t called back after multiple rain storms 😊
