Sunken and cracked concrete was becoming a safety hazard, so we removed and replaced it with a completely new front entry, back patio, and walkway. We also added matching retaining walls and a beautiful new flagstone front porch to give this home a fresh, updated look.

We removed the existing concrete walkway and replaced it with beautiful full-color thermal flagstone, giving the entrance a natural, custom look. We also completed a front porch overlay and added stone veneer to tie the entire design together.

We were honored to play a small part in the final phase of this multi-year restoration project at historic Fordhook Farm in Doylestown.

Originally constructed in 1895, the Seed House is an important piece of Burpee’s history and a symbol of the innovation that helped shape American gardening for generations. It was carefully restored by Fermier Construction, and our team was proud to come in between rainstorms to complete the final grading and sod installation, helping bring this incredible restoration across the finish line.

It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that help preserve local history.

This project included repairing a failing pool wall, installing custom travertine coping and new split-face veneer, and restoring the existing travertine pool deck by cleaning, relaying, and re-sanding key areas.

The result is a refreshed, cohesive poolside space that’s built to last and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
