‼️ PROJECT ALERT‼️

We are thrilled to highlight a previous project at Lutheran Haven, a vibrant life plan community in Oviedo, FL!

Under the leadership of Daniel Collins during his time at Eventus, the project team successfully developed a new apartment building on the site of the oldest housing on campus. This 48-apartment independent living complex spans just over 5 acres and features a salon, dining, a library/cafe, a clinic, and a multipurpose room.

Additionally, site circulation was improved to manage internal traffic better, along with enhancements for water management, a dog park, a putting green on the ground, and various other amenities across the 51-acre campus.

The Lutheran Haven project was successfully completed in January 2019! 🏡✨

Exciting News! 🌟 Our very own Jennifer Sheehan recently had the honor of presenting at the LeadingAge Illinois conference on "A New Era of Senior Living – Consumer-Driven and Customized," alongside esteemed colleagues Eric Harrmann from AG Architecture , Jay Biere from Plymouth Place Senior Living, and Daniel Collins from Pandion Development Management.

Their session covered:
1. The steps of a collaborative master planning process and how to identify successful components of an existing campus.
2. Unique senior housing products that are trending and successfully attracting the new senior demographic.
3. Amenities and design details that address consumer preferences and expectations.
