Bencardino Contractors Advances Sitework at Faulkner Buick GMC Trevose
Construction is moving forward at Faulkner Buick GMC Trevose, where Bencardino Contractors is performing extensive excavation, site preparation, utility, paving, and concrete work in support of the dealership’s new sales and service facility at 4427 E. Street Road in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
The project is creating a brand-new facility on the footprint of Faulkner’s former Buick GMC sales building. Throughout construction, the dealership has remained open and continues serving customers.
Performing major site construction within an active automotive dealership requires careful planning, sequencing, access management, and constant attention to site safety.
A major component of Bencardino’s work has been deep utility excavation, preparing the underground infrastructure required to support the new facility. This type of excavation requires precise coordination as crews work at significant depths while maintaining safe working conditions and minimizing disruption to the surrounding property.
Bencardino crews have also been completing building pad preparation for the new showroom, establishing the properly graded and prepared foundation area needed for the next stages of vertical construction. From excavation and material placement to grading and compaction, this work creates the groundwork upon which the new dealership facility will take shape.
