While working on a wall that needs to be patched I found an outlet box plastered over. Now I have to open the other side of the doorway to expose another buried outlet box. If you have someone working in your house, never and I mean NEVER allow them to hide outlet boxes.

Replaced a water heater today, the space it was in was so tight I had to remove the wood were the storage area for one of the tenants stuff is and their belongings.
