Aethair See the air you breathe by utilizing the most advanced and IoT and AI enabled platform on the market.

Now, more than ever before, people understand the importance of healthy spaces. Airthinx offers a patented solution to address this through environmental monitoring, air quality remediation, and system automation. We have developed a platform that takes the needs of the market into consideration: accuracy of measurements, accurate data recording, advanced data analytics, ease of deployment, and co

st of operation & maintenance. Our platform utilizes purpose-built devices that are perfectly calibrated and continuously connected to the cloud using our own secure IoT infrastructure. Collected data is processed in the cloud using powerful algorithms that combine artificial intelligence and machine learning, and is then used to take actions as needed to remediate environmental issues, optimize building operation, and reduce energy costs. In addition to Airthinx hardware, users are able to connect 3rd party systems and sensors to the Airthinx Platform in order to have more options and more customized solutions that will better fit their specific needs for both indoor and outdoor environments. Our patented solution allows users to improve environmental conditions and optimize building systems to create healthier, more comfortable environments while also reducing building operation costs. Airthinx enables smart buildings to become healthy buildings by directly addressing the concerns of employers, their employees, and their customers.

Do you know whether the air in your office is healthy? And could you show it?

The 3pm slump in the conference room is often a ventilation problem rather than a caffeine problem. In a 2026 survey of 750 U.S. employees, more than 60% said they would choose fresher air over high-end amenities.

A ventilation upgrade is invisible. Nobody can see cleaner air, so the investment goes unnoticed. Continuous monitoring makes the result something you can show.

AI can help environmental and EHS teams turn monitoring data into decisions far faster than doing it by hand. But what does that look like in practice? Our new article covers what AI really does with air quality data, where it genuinely helps, and how Noesis turns your own data into decisions and reports inside Environet.

There is no single right way to monitor air quality at a fenceline. The equipment you choose, a standalone station, a pelican-case kit, or a network of connected monitors, shapes what your data can do later.

Our new article compares the main approaches, where each runs into limits, and what changes when every unit is independently 4G-connected and backed by a platform for alerting, analysis, and audit-ready reporting.

Wildfire smoke from Canada and northern Minnesota has reached the Northeast and is moving along the I-95 corridor toward Philadelphia, with air quality alerts up across several states.

If you're in the path this week, keep windows closed, run your HVAC on recirculate with a MERV 13 or higher filter, and keep an N95 handy for time outside.

We saw this in June 2023, when Canadian smoke pushed Philadelphia to some of the worst air quality on record.

We published a full guide this spring on what wildfire smoke contains, how the US AQI and Canadian AQHI respond, the workplace rules that apply, and how monitoring supports outdoor crews and indoor buildings. Read it here: https://bit.ly/wildfire-aq (also linked in our bio).

Data center construction is one of the fastest-growing construction sectors in the country, and as more projects move through approval, environmental monitoring is becoming part of building one well. Measuring air quality and noise from construction through operations gives operators a clear record and gives communities real visibility into what is happening nearby.

Our new article covers what to monitor, the standards that apply, and why continuous monitoring at the perimeter benefits everyone involved.

Happy Fourth of July, and a happy 250th to the United States!

250 years is a long history of building things that last, and it's still being written by the people working to make the spaces we share safer and healthier. We're proud to help the teams who manage critical spaces understand the air and environmental conditions around them.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday from all of us at Aethair.

Schools are some of the most densely occupied buildings, and the EPA reports that as many as half of U.S. schools have problems linked to indoor air quality. That air impacts more than just comfort. It affects student attendance, academic performance, and a district's energy and maintenance costs. Aethair gives schools a way to monitor and document those conditions continuously, and scale it from a single classroom to an entire district.

Our new article covers the air quality standards that apply to schools, what is worth measuring in a classroom, and how continuous monitoring builds a case that school boards will recognize.

Not all air quality monitors do the same job. Indoor and outdoor monitors each answer a different question, and using them together gives you the full picture and context. Our new article breaks down indoor, outdoor, and combined monitoring, what each shows, and when to use it.
