This bathroom remodel really stand out, with custom handmade maple vanities, a maple corner piece and plenty of added features. The heated tile floor is controlled by schluter thermostat, and the shower system features Moen's touch screen technology with 3 power sprays. The soaker tub has a high flow Kohler spout, and the room is lined with floor to ceiling white zellige tile and 24x48 large format tile. A custom arch niche with an inserted shelf completes the look.

We recently wrapped up a 35 sq ft bathroom remodel that required a full gut, thanks to Line Carpentry & Remodeling for handling the demo. This small space presented its own set of challenges, with multiple layers of plaster, lathe, chicken wire, and wet bed to navigate, all on the second floor. We rebuilt the space from the subfloor up, addressing bowing joists with sistering, sleepers, and new subflooring, as well as furring walls, substrates, electrical, ductwork, plumbing, and tiling to bring this bathroom into the modern era.
