Came in withTom Becker Tile to do a quick toilet and vanity swap and found the tee was upside down inside the wall. We corrected the issue, extended the pex so the valves were accessible outside of the wall, fixed the sheetrock and finished setting the fixtures. Tommy's gonna finish this backsplash because the wall is out of square on the vanity. Glad this customer trusted professionals for their remodel. Do the job right the first time💪💪

Phase 1 of a home remodel. This Kensington house is going to be made a beautiful home for a young family very involved in the neighborhood revival. Phase 2 coming soon once the addition is built for another powder room, laundry room and kitchen extension. 😁😁

Here's a completed rough in. This 5 level split home project took some time because of changes and weather. We brought in a new sewer, new main drain in basement, new water main inside the house. 2 1/2 baths. This home had 2 kitchens 1 with a pot filler on the stove. Master with his and hers shower, a 6' soaking tub w/Roman faucet and double vanity. Children's bathroom had single shower, 5' soaking tub w/wall mounted diverter, and also a double vanity. Customer decided on adding propane gas too there house for their furnaces, it will have a combo water/boiler Navien and also a generator. The boiler side will serve for heated floors in each bathroom and the first story of the house which sits on a slab. Everything up to code, passed all inspections and now we're just waiting to finish the floor on the slab. We're excited to see this finish product all ready to be polished and shined💎💎💎

Here's a nice basement remodel we worked on. Customer wanted a wet bar and a powder room so they can really get the use they wanted from their basement. We relocated the water heaters to their new mechanical room so they're hidden. This will eventually get upgraded to a tankless once they speak to a propane company because of no natural gas on their property. They'll also be able to get the generator they always needed once the propane setup is installed

This cracked tee was causing massive damage to this property. The shower diverter was also days away from having a blown out joint. Another split pipe, another repair. Thank goodness the homer owner was able to get the water turned off before they took on major damage.
