For over 40 years, Simiano Construction Co. has been providing quality work as the general contractor for private companies, home owners and government agencies. has built a reputation for Simiano Construction Co. that is second to none, he is known to complete all projects according to plans and has been recognized by Inspectors working for the City of Philadelphia as well as the License and Inspection Division. is extremely proud to stand by his work and strives to ensure that his customer is always highly satisfied. Over the years the sons of Nick Sr. have joined the family company business to help ensure that it continues to run for another 40 years. Nick Jr has taken over the office details, while Tony and Ta handle the field work.
