Here's a clearing job we did over the summer. An older gentleman reached out to us with a project that he started but due to health concerns, he couldn't finish it on his own. We got to work and got his property cleaned up and back under control. Removing almost 100 sumac sumps and brush from the undergrowth. Smoothing everything out ready to be seeded. We got it back to a cleaner more maintainable yard that the customer can handle.
At Makowski Maintenance, we provide expert land clearing and site preparation services throughout Pine Bush, NY.

French Drain Installation Complete

Water issues around your home can quickly turn into bigger problems. For this project, we installed a French drain system along the side of the home, designed to collect and redirect rain and groundwater away from the foundation.
We added a 3/8 round decorative stone as a top layer to help match the aesthetic of the home.

From excavation to the finished product, we focus on installing drainage systems correctly and building them to last.

Earlier this year we had a job that was a little different from the rest. The customer wanted to redo their existing fire pit / patio area but wasn't happy with the color options for stone in our area. We got right to work looking for what other options we could source. Our favorite supplier was willing to work with us, getting a delivery of this beautiful white and tan beach stone from down south. After we secured the stone, we dug out and leveled the area. Compacted everything and installed 6x6 beams as a sturdy boarder. Lined with a w**d barrier all that was left to do was haul in the beach stone. Now the customer has an entertainment area like no other.
