Position: General Labor / Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Location: Local work (must have reliable transportation)

What You’ll Do:
• Lawn mowing and routine property maintenance
• Landscaping and outdoor labor
• Snow removal (seasonal)
• Assist with hardscaping projects (walls, pavers, etc.)
• Operate tools and equipment (experience is a plus, not required)

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Experience preferred (especially mowing/landscaping), but willing to train the right person

Our landscape/hardscape crew collaborated to remove two dilapidated walls that required immediate attention to prevent damage to customers' vehicles. We then removed an additional wall at the front and extracted two triaxles of dirt to create more parking and accessible yard space. We repurposed some of the removed wall block to construct three smaller walls. Additionally, we removed four rows of hedges to facilitate the installation of a fence for the customer in the spring.

A beautiful New versa-lok block Mailbox our Hardscape crew completed this season with the cliffside blend. Hopefully no more people will be hitting this mailbox!

Another fall cleanup! This cleanup involved cutting back extensive growth from trees and shrubs around the property, removing a dead and broken pine tree, and cleaning up leaves, weeds, and debris in the landscape beds, while also touching up the edges.

Our largest project of the year! This undertaking involved the construction of a sandstone retaining wall, two concrete pads, a post and picket shadow-boxed fence with two gates, and concrete steps connecting the back patio to the lower yard.
