Yes. And here's why.

You're paying for the work, but everything around the work matters just as much.

Your neighbor just had their asphalt driveway resealed. You share half of it. A crew shows up a few days later to lay mulch. Wheelbarrows get tracked across their side. Mulch spills and stains the fresh seal. The truck backs out and leaves tire marks.
