Project: Elevated Deck Reconstruction & Finishing Upgrade
Scope of Work:
Our team completed a full structural and aesthetic upgrade of this elevated deck system. The renovation included installation of new structural joists, composite decking, and a matching composite railing system.
To improve drainage and extend the usable space below, we integrated an under-deck drainage system and finished the ceiling area with a new white soffit. The result is a clean, modern, and weather-resistant deck designed for longevity and everyday comfort.
