Christmas Eve and we were able to get this one ready for tape and mud!

Two bedroom turnover we did for one of our favorite repeat customers. We were able to turn this one around in 5 days. That included some minor patch and repair, full primer and paint, new appliances, and new CO2 and smoke detectors for the safety of the new tenants. You can even see the floor still wet because we always leave the job clean!

A two bedroom condo turnover. In this residence we were able to complete an entire full new paint job new light fixtures and all new appliances in just five days.

Posting an update on our 511 project! This place is really coming together. Even with with some last minute changes we’re still on track to finish 10 days early. Kitchen and floors tomorrow our favorite part of the project!

We got this job from a client that had a run with a bad contractor. We we’re able to come in and turn this job around and be paint ready in just 16 DAYS! Primer on Monday!
