It's one thing to love what you do. Its another to see the potential in others and point to the way.
I am a happy man. I am a witness to two six year old cousins getting the chance to work together for the first time. I am also a witness to working with my brother Steve for 3 years and finding no fault. I love the fact that our sons where excited to meet at our shop and work on scrapping all of our copper, brass and aluminum for the year. Yes, they worked hard. Yes, they fought a bit. Hell yeah it was tough on Steve and I but guess what...at the end of the day...everyone had a special type of smile on there face. A smile that only comes from pushing through hardship. A smile that comes from love. Happy Holidays from the Tomayko Bros family!

CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Mrs. Nevins. Mrs. Nevins is a repeat customer that always brightens up my day. Mrs Nevins showed me how much her family means to her and explained briefly who the people are or where in the picture. She also went on to say that family means everything. You keep on loving those grandkids Mrs Nevins! Your love for your family has inspired me.

I am grateful I get to do this with my brother Steve. Nice work Steve. It takes TRUE GRIT to go deep in a very wet crawl space and run a recirculating hot waterline, hot waterline, cold waterline, and a designated hose bib. Keep up the good work Steve!

We've been through alot together, clogs, jack hammering, leaks, no heat, no A/C and upgrades. I just love working for this family. Not only are they great customers, they are dear friends. CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Allen. Allen called me through Home Adviser. He said he liked the reviews that where left on my profile and he gave me a call. He said his A/C wasn't working and he was hoping he didn't need a new A/C system. Long story short, we fixed the leak and he will get more life from his A/C system. CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Dave. Dave had a gas leak in some old gas pipe in the wall. The job only took an hour to fix but I wound up staying for two and a half hours. What can I say? I am a sucker for good banjo playing. I love when you encounter a new friendly face from the neighborhood that brightens up your day. Keep on pick'n and a grin'n Dave. CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Scotty. Scotty called me about getting his oil furnace fixed this week-end. He had mentioned that he was not in a hurry and wanted to schedule for Tuesday. I said, "ok Scotty! I'll see you Tuesday morning." Well........I dont want to admit this.....but.....I forgot to write it down. I was attending a mens retreat this weekend and I forgot to take my apointment book. So Scotty's apointment time came and went. Scotty called me in hopes that I didn't forget. I explained to him what I did and I apologized. When I finally got to Scotty's, I found out I was the third guy who would attempt to get his furnace working. I fixed it in 15 minutes. Scotty was very pleased to get heat back. I tryed to cut him a break on the bill for forgetting about the apointment earlier but he insisted and payed me in full. THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT CUSTOMER SCOTTY!

He works hard by the grace of God. He loves his family and he loves life. We had a very successful first official day together! Here is to many more Steve! He owns B&B Contracting. I can see why he gets such great jobs and great customers. CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Rhonda. Rhonda had her shallow well pump go out and couldn't find ANYONE with enough grit to do the job. Rhonda tracked me down at lowes and started to tell me about the insane amount of phone calls and apointments with other contractors that would only over charge or show no interest to her predicament. I told her and her husband to look no further. All of her dogs, (and pig, and ducks) where very well behaved. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER RHONDA!

CUSTOMER OF THE HOUR! Meet Rob! He is the proud owner of Mama Lena's in McKees Rocks. I had the pleasure of eating lunch with the man after running some gas lines for his new deli opening soon down the street. I learned that he held the record for biggest deliverable pizza for awhile. I hope you get that shop on the island bro! Thank you for the great lunch and thank you for being a great customer! Mama Lena rocks!
