Almost forgot this one !! Another great family I worked for !! Very small master bath that needed a makeover ! The previous owners to these folks had messed this one up!tore out shower and completely rebuilt . Removed the paneling from walls and ceiling ! Fixed all walls and ceiling and all new tile , flooring , vanity and toilet !

Big job . A complete gut , made a bigger shower by moving toilet and end shower wall . Moved all mechanicals vanity drain and supply lines , toilet moved about three feet and supply line and shower supply lines moved to inside wall . Made a 4 foot Shane built closet space . Previously no storage in this bathroom . New vent fan in ceiling in new location . All new tile everywhere ! Tore out 2bulkheads and wall that was behind old vanity !

Bathroom #2 for Kim and Lonnie, another full gut, new tub, flooring , vanity and flooring! They did awesome at picking everything out. After I was done with second bathroom I painted their whole upstairs ceilings, walls and all trim and doors. Great time working with them and there 3dogs ! Terrific people, I’m blessed for sure!!

Thanks Kim and Lonnie, another great customer to work for! Bathroom #1 full gut and removed a closet in hall to make bathroom bigger. Moved all the plumbing including the toilet to get more room in front of vanity. Hearing bone tile pattern in shower, added a light for shower and leg shaving shelf. Floating vanity, new toilet and medicine cabinet. Removed old in swing door and installed barn door.

Bathroom #2 for Michelle and Sam from north hills! Another 70’s style bathroom but was a jack and Jill bathroom. Complete gut and removed the door going into the one bedroom. Turning the 32x32 shower into a 32x almost 70 inc shower! Built the pan and moved the supply lines! All new tile, vent fan and light in shower. Also a new heated floor, med cabinet, vanity and toilet! Another terrific customer, pleasure to work for!!

First bathroom for Michelle and Sam from north hills. Complete remodel of 70’s style bathroom. New tub and mixing valve and all new tile. Also utilizing some dead space behind wall which was over the stairwell and recessed a cabinet in the wall to create some storage! Also installed a heated floor and recessed medicine cabinet! 1 down 1 to go!!!

Full bathroom remodel for another Great customer!! I have been blessed to work for super nice people!! This one was a 54” tub built on a platform. All the plumbing was above the floor even the sink. Tore everything out down to the subfloor and cut out the old tung and groove floor to put all plumbing below. Put in new 54” pan and all new tile. Floating floor in bathroom and hallway. Waiting on custom top for vanity and custom glass for shower. Installed new vent fan with heater and light inside shower.

Full bathroom remodel for Becky and Scott, actually second bathroom I’ve done for them. This one was a complete gut and put in a garden tub. Had to move all plumbing and offset the mixing valve and tub spout to be able to reach from outside the tub, set the shower back to the wide part of tub for showering.all new subway tile and new tile flooring. Put in lighting over tub, new vent fan and double vanity.absolutely wonderful family to work for!!

A lot going on here! 2 bathroom remodels in one house! First bathroom new tub, removed bulkhead,walls , tile and lighting.had to move plumbing for vanity into wall and new flooring, lighting and vanity! Second bathroom is off master bedroom. Took out bulkhead and 1 piece shower. Installed lighting and new vent fan. New flooring vanity and all new trim! I’ve been blessed to be able to work for wonderful people. And this was certainly one of them! Thanks Lynn G.
