There's nothing really special about this garage. What's beneath it however, is another story.
This homeowner has a workshop in the basement below the garage. Cracks in the concrete were allowing water to pe*****te making a mess and causing damage. ShelCo Flooring and Storing installed a rubberized membrane, to seal the concrete and prevent any additional cracks, and then installed the flake coating you see in the images.
Sometimes the things you don't see are the most important.
