Looking for a self-motivated leader in a full time “field” position to manage and oversee multiple landscape maintenance crews for our commercial and residential customers. From maintaining schedules, monitoring production and quality control, to tracking equipment needs; some physical labor required as this is primarily a “field” role

Skills required:
• Self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience working in the field of landscape maintenance and installation
• Experience creating and maintaining work schedules for multiple crews and ensuring jobs are completed to standards
• Experience with estimating bids for landscape maintenance
• Ability to lead crew members with differing backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
• Develop production rates to monitor production and efficiencies

Hours: M-F 6am-4pm
Compensation: Salary
Health insurance benefits, PTO, paid holidays

Additional accreditations welcomed:
• Landscape management degree;
• Certification as applicator/technician with PA Department of Agr (Categories: Core, 07 Lawn Turf, 10 Right of Way and Weeds)
