On the job today in Fox Chapel! Condos require real upkeep and maintenance. This is commercial work so you need to be extra mindful of commercial building techniques as well as other tenants, buildings and grounds staff and have the utmost respect. On the ticket today is some drywall repair fixing someone else’s mistakes (and a really bad seam tape failure)! Tenants do odd things like take a door off so I’ll be hanging a door, patching broken concrete caps, prep work included filling voids and preparing for epoxy resin skim coating and cleaning off old sealant. There’s nothing but time and elbow grease here! I do everything! Call today!!!!!
