A finished basement is a great way to add living space to a home. But sometimes structural wall issues have to be addressed first. This fiber reinforced strapping is a great alternative to the old crank systems you find in some older Pittsburgh homes. Insulation for warmth and Lifeproof laminated vinyl flooring are great ways to make this space ready for anything you can dream up.

Evan is a third generation General Contractor with the eye and skill of a designer. He can look at your space and visualize your project from start to finish. His knowledge of the construction industry, architecture, and design make him as distinctive as his creations.

Charleigh is a licensed Real Estate Agent with a passion for helping people find their perfect home, business, or place to build it. She specializes in turning client’s into friends and always has their best interest at heart. Born in PA and later raised in the South, she has the ability to help those moving here appreciate the history and charm while finding their perfect fit in Pittsburgh.
