A New Project Begins.

We are thrilled to announce that we have broken ground on the Luna house, our latest custom-built eco-friendly home! The Luna house features a spacious open floor plan, a cozy fireplace, and an underground garage. We can’t wait to see the final result and share it with you all! Did you know that thermal bridges are one of the main causes of heat loss and condensation in buildings? Adding the roof.

As the Ridgehaven nears completion, the next phase in the process is to add the roof. This upgraded metal roof is designed for durability, meaning it should last a really long time. The standard plan comes with a shingled roof that is still very durable.

The 1st floor is designed with an expansive kitchen, living area with vaulted ceiling, and a large bedroom. The massive windows bring the outside in, regardless of chosen landscape. The 2nd floor offers an open to below view, sitting area, and 2 additional bedrooms. This model also features an optional breezeway, massive rear deck, and garage.

What does that mean? It means that EcoCraft homes experience significantly less air leakage between the inside and outside environment. Our buildings are sealed tight with one continuous layer so that they can retain heat in the winter and stay cool in the summer.

Traditional homes are built with multiple outside layers that results in more leaks in between the layers. This means more of your heat escapes out these holes and in return increases your energy bills.

Garage Time!

Ridgehaven gets a 2 car garage installed as it nears completion. The house is really coming together and starting to look like a home. Garages are an optional feature in all our homes and our Buy Direct packages do not come with a garage included. As this house nears completion, we are truly excited for our client to see their home come to life.
