18 yards of concrete poured on Thursday. The first pad was 25ft by 15ft with 18in by 18inch footers for a barn to be built on next month. The second one is a smaller 15ft by 11.5ft pad for a trailer to be parked on. We will be back after the construction of the barn to topsoil and seed the yard. Patio replacement. This 40ft by 12ft patio was sinking causing the water to roll back to the house. We removed the old patio and hauled out 30 ton of fly ash which was causing the old patio to sink. We had replaced it with about 25 ton of 2b lime stone and later added a center drain since the grade was different. We also removed the old wall and replaced it with a new versa lok wall as a cleaner and stronger structure.
