Every home and business we walk into, we treat as if it were our own. To us, this has never been just about plumbing. It’s about helping people, building relationships, and being there when someone needs us most.
I cannot thank Griffin Pond Animal Shelter enough for the incredibly kind words about Billy and our company. Reading this truly touched my heart.
We know how much these animals mean to the people who care for them, and knowing we were able to make a difference during such a stressful time means more than words can express.
We take so much pride in the work we do, but moments like these remind us exactly why we do it. It’s not always about the job itself, but the people and lives we touch along the way. 🐾
We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to help such an amazing organization that dedicates so much of its time to animals in need.

On Monday we faced a serious, life-altering crisis.
To be without water for even a single day at an animal shelter is an absolute nightmare. It turned an already chaotic day into a full-blown disaster. With so many animals depending on us around the clock for fresh drinking water, sanitation, and care, we were facing a true emergency.
Then, an absolute hero walked through our doors.
We want to shine the biggest spotlight possible on William Hoover, owner of NEPA Plumbing Solutions.
William walked into our shelter randomly on the exact day disaster struck. Without hesitation, he jumped right into action. He stayed long after hours until the issue was completely diagnosed.
When it turned out a critical, hard-to-find part was needed, William didn’t stop. He contacted multiple supply houses, tracked it down all the way in Philadelphia, arranged transport, picked it up, and had our entire water system fully restored in less than 24 hours.
Knowing we had a true professional in our corner taking care of business, advocating for us, and genuinely prioritizing our four-legged residents gave us peace of mind when we needed it most.
William is not just a master of his trade; he is a dedicated, true animal lover through and through.
We also have so many incredible people to thank who stepped up during this crisis:
💙 A very special thank you to John Revak, an amazing volunteer who is always the first to reach out with alternative solutions and generously offer whatever resources are needed to support our shelter and care for our animals.
💙 To our wonderful community, thank you to everyone who dropped everything to collect and deliver jugs and gallons of water to keep us afloat.
💙 To our phenomenal staff, volunteers, and administration, thank you for doing what you do best: rolling up your sleeves, doing whatever it took, and ensuring our animals never missed a beat of love and care.
💙To everyone who was inconvenienced because of this internal issue, thank you for your kindness, your understanding and compassion for our employees and animals and the way you took a backseat to your own needs and allowed us the room to work on solution .
When disaster hit, everyone showed up in a very big way.
