It’s a new year & PRM is ready to get to work serving our community with some beautiful concrete! Most things have stayed the same around here with our top priority being quality service but we are excited to welcome our newest member to the team! She sleeps a bit too much on the job right now but we are working on that 😉 Looking forward to another great year!!

Although the parade was cancelled due to the rain we still brought down our decked out mixer for our employees to enjoy while we celebrated at Pasta's Trattoria 🎉🥂🎅🏼

40 Yards - Slab Pour

Ended our evening on Friday up in the hills of Hayward with quite the view of the valley while creating the foundation for some horse stalls 🐎☀️

190 Yards on Foothill Rd!

Laying down a PT Slab to create the foundation for a new home.

You can see in the video posted that there are rebar cables being covered by concrete. These cables are what makes a regular slab into a PT Slab (Post Tension) By having a PT Slab it helps reduce or eliminate shrinkage cracking. Cracks that do form are held tightly together & it allows us to build on expansive or soft soils.

The large crane like machine you see is called a Boom Pump. For larger jobs a boom pump is ideal as it extends through the air to pump the concrete where it needs to go.

Our very own Miles Santos has some paintings he’s done for your viewing downtown at the Iron Horse Real Estate!

Miles is a landscape and city painter/illustrator born and raised from Pleasanton, Ca. He has a degree in studio art from Cal State Fullerton and has been painting since his time at Amador Valley High School. Miles has a passion for painting the world around him. He loves California and has been taking commissions now for the past five years.
