FoxCatcher Designs wishes you all a Happy Labor Day 2026!

Some projects are more than just a day's work, and as such, we have our nose to the grindstone today to make sure the work keeps flowing.

In our post on August 27th, you saw a foundation plan for a barn that, thanks to its condensed scope, could be completed rather rapidly. In contrast, however, this project's foundation details were much more involved.

As we enter the bidding process, it's critical that all of the details contractors will need to provide the customer accurate pricing are provided and succinct in our plan set. This foundation is checked off the list, but there is much more to do.

FoxCatcher Designs' vision for the Plymouth Dog Park continues to show great progress!

Trees are planted, the foundations for the in-park bench seating are poured, and the structural steel for the shelter structure has arrived. The shelter is scheduled to start construction tomorrow, 09/02.

Gone are the days of just another bleak fenced in area without proper protection from the elements. Soon, there will be both natural and man-made shade and shelter for both doggos and dog parents alike.

FoxCatcher Designs' partners, the Plymouth, WI Downtown Arts and Merchants and the Plymouth Advancement Association are excited to welcome the public back to the Dog Park very soon!

All in a day's work.

It's been too long since our last post, and we've been keeping busy. Today, we've been back to basics: drafting. This barn's foundation plan is nearly ready for bidding.

Having taken things from basic client notes to what's known as a "bid set," this new foundation for an existing barn structure is just about ready for our contractor partners to review for pricing.

FoxCatcher Designs presents, in conjunction with Plymouth, WI Downtown Arts and Merchants (DAM) and the Plymouth Advancement Association (PAA): the Plymouth Dog Park!

With construction set to start soon, it’s time for a fly through of what’s to come at the Dog Park.

Cabinets were delivered recently to our Lakeridge Ranch project! Soon, we will have this mountain of material distributed and installed so we can watch our homeowner's vision come to life.
