Our local rock ladies are planning to paint some rocks to send to Maddie’s garden. I posted the story yesterday. In doing some research I learned that September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The ribbon color is Golden Yellow. Just wanted to share this information.

Sending Hope and Love to all families affected by Cancer.

September is su***de prevention month. Will you be painting su***de awareness Rocks? When I paint them I do not tag my local group on the back. I’ll tag the text number or the hotline number for people to call if they need it. These are rocks I’ve painted in the past for you to use as inspiration.

Who is planning on painting for unofficial Dolly Day? Lol

I’m not sure who decides which days get to be special days, but whether that person approves it or not I think everybody in America is planning on using 925 as Dolly day. Nine to (two) Five. It makes perfect sense. If we can use May 4 at Star Wars Day then I say 9/25 is Dolly Day.

Per the National Day Calendar. There is already a Dolly day. It is on her birthday January. It’s actually imagination station day to recognize her contribution to literacy and reading.

In my opinion, I still think there should be two days. Honestly, every day should be all day! 💖🦋

Let’s all remember to live like Dolly.

Me sealing rocks for dinner for my husbands birthdays at Chilis. We had 12 guests. I walked in and our waiter asked if we had rocks… of course we do! we came home with 2 rocks left.

Such a fun night and I love being known as the rock lady. I highly recommend painting Happy Birthday rocks for other people celebrating birthdays. Someone is always having a birthday if you find a big enough crowd. It’s always a good time!
