We fix heating and air for a living. But moments like this are what keeps us going!!
For a little over two years, Jon has been one of those people we know we can count on — no matter what.
Rain, sleet, 100+ degree Oklahoma heat, or 7:00 on a Saturday night when his family is waiting at home, Jon never fails to show up ready to work and serve our customers and our community.
Before joining Happy’s, Jon served our country as a member of the United States Army. That same loyalty, dedication, and willingness to step up for others is something he has brought to our team every day.
But Jon’s story with Happy’s goes far beyond heating and air.
During his time with us, we’ve had the privilege of watching Jon accept Christ and make the decision to be baptized at NewPoint Church.
And to us, that represents something much bigger than Employee of the Month.
We believe God gave our family Happy’s Heating & Air for a purpose. Yes, we’re here to take care of our customers and serve our community well. But we’re also here to pour into the men and women who walk through our doors.
Life is hard enough without fighting the battles it throws at us alone. **We were built for community.** To have people beside us who encourage us, challenge us, pray for us, pick us up when we fall, and celebrate with us when we win.
We want Happy’s to build more than good technicians. We want it to be a place that builds good men and women, good husbands and wives, good fathers and mothers, and above everything else, people who know and follow Christ.
Through the good days, long days, growing pains, and everything in between, Jon has been there.
Somewhere along the way, “employee” stopped being the right word.
He became family.
He’s shared meals around our family table. He’s celebrated with us, struggled with us, grown with us, and continued showing up when it mattered. Jon has become a rock within Happy’s, and our company would not be the same without him.
Jon, thank you for showing up. Thank you for serving our country, our customers, and our community. Thank you for standing beside Happy’s through every season.
And most importantly, we’re thankful God allowed Happy’s to be a small part of your walk with Him.
**That will always be one of the greatest measures of success this company could ever have.**
