If your riser is bent, it needs to be addressed whether it’s working or not. If the city notices it, they will kill your power until it is fixed. give us a call and we will fix it.

In these trying times things to check are

1. If your power that is coming in is tore down, don’t touch it or go near it.
2.call us or Ponca energy. To make it safe and To determine whether it is your responsibility or theirs.
3. The City is really good about allowing us to temporarily get your power going until we can get you taken care of on a permanent basis.
4. Let’s be patient and pray for our neighbors.

It’s cold 🥶

This weather will cause a lot of space heaters to be used.make sure to not plug more than one in on a circuit (if that area looses power with the breaker off that area is “one circuit “)use different circuits for each heater and your not supposed to use extension cords if you do please don’t leave unattended it’s a definite fire hazard.Cold and ice is a strain on everything your service equipment (riser,meter,etc.)especially if you have accumulation of ice on trees over your power lines pay attention and whenever possible trim them. these measures we’ll save a lot of struggles later any issues please give us a call.
