Really enjoyed this backyard transformation and becoming friends with Jayme and Jenny. Started in with the MT100 and took out all the overgrown debris. Had Grant from reel tight landscape come in and remove some trees and Jimmy Pausche put in some vinyl fence. Ironically Jimmy installed wood fence at this house 32 years ago. Now they have a clean slate to utilize their backyard again.

I parked the Bobcat MT100 this weekend and did some flower beds that needed some attention with new pine straw. Fresh touch made me yard look much nicer.

My neighbors driveway apron was washing out and needed some new material installed. The most important part is his wife was the one who wanted it done and she’s happy. Happy wife happy life.

I’ve added a new attachment to our services to remove tree stumps. While stump grinding is a very effective way to get rid of stumps there are cases when you’ll need all the roots gone as well. i chose the Quick Attach brand after researching different brands. I had a stump on my property that I used it for and it worked great. I was shocked at how much mass of roots small stumps have.

Helped my buddy Monte from Proturf Improvers prep a yard this morning. Took the Hydra Bucket in and grinded the grass out and took about 3 yards of dirt out. His guys prepped it from there. Very professional guy.

Thank you Kim and Christy for choosing me to handle this project for their client. A renter left this home in bad shape and neglected. Took the Bobcat MT100 in first to remove the large debris then the w**d eater, chainsaw, mower and pressure washer to get it back in shape. A few neighbors stopped to thank me for making it look better.

The latest Leave It To Leeper project was a house that has sat empty in the Lakewood neighborhood of Jacksonville for 26 years. The homeowner inherited this house from her mother and the city was on her to get it cleaned up or face fines. I went in with the Bobcat MT100 and the grapple to tear out about 30 yards of brush and overgrowth. The owner avoided the fines and the neighbors are much happier that it’s cleaned up. Some before and after pics. The back yard is a bamboo jungle and she wants that done next. Stay tuned, that should be a good one.
