I love the small nuances of nature and started trying to capture it in the beginning of the digital age - or 1999. Though I have had no formal schooling in the subject, I have taken several online courses including the latest Photoshop techniques, artistic and print enhancements and sophisticated lighting. My background as an advertising/marketing person lends itself to the rounding of my craft. I have a profound relationship with the beauty of the waters and coastline of New York and Rhode Island and seek out the wild and ethereal peacefulness of an area (including those within a stones throw of a bustling city such as New York City). My photographs are painting-like and depict the raw and natural beauty that exists all around us if we only choose to look.
