Crew Foreman of the Month - Ryan Walkowski ⚡️

This month, we’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to Ryan Walkowski!

Ryan has continued to step up as a leader, taking on challenging jobs and always bringing a positive attitude to the work. His willingness to step in, take on whatever comes his way, and support his crew makes him a great example of Xtreme leadership!

We appreciate everything you do, Ryan! Keep up the great work! 👏🏼

Apparently Indiana had more than just derecho weather waiting for our crews… they had bees too!

When the crew ran into a bee hive, there was no one more prepared to take on the situation than our beloved, fear-nothing, bad-ass mechanic, Roger Randall. With his dive suit already with him and absolutely no hesitation, Roger suited up and came to the rescue to help save the crew from the hive! 😂🐝

Roger is our mechanic, a member of the Dive Team, and apparently now he can add professional bee hive remover to his resume! 😂

Thankfully, it was a success! Just another day on storm for the Xtreme crew.

Still missing our guys back home but we’re glad to see them out there doing what they do best and helping NIPSCO get the lights back on!

The long days and hard work are still going, and we couldn’t be more proud of our crews for continuing to show up and get the job done! We’re glad they can be out there making a difference when they’re needed most. Keep it up and stay safe out there guys!

Day 9 and we’re still going strong! ⚡️

The work continues in Indiana and we’ve called in some more Xtreme crews to help support NIPSCO and get the job done. More boots on the ground, more hands on deck, and the same goal!

We’re incredibly proud of all our crews putting in the long hours and hard work. Stay safe out there! We appreciate every one of you! 🧡

5 days in and the work continues ⚡️

Storm restoration is still underway across northern Indiana as Xtreme crews and our partners, JACO and ARC, continue supporting NIPSCO in restoring power to communities impacted by the severe storms.

With widespread damage, difficult conditions and long days in the field, our crews continue working hard to get the lights back on. We’re proud of the men and women putting in the work day after day to help get communities back to normal.
