Please be aware of these scams. When you are contacted for money, credit or personal info - DO NOT RESPOND- STOP! Use your personal phone and CALL the company's general phone # not the one provided to you. Ask the Company about the notice.

SCAM ALERT: We have received reports of scammers impersonating Jefferson PUD via email and asking customers to pay an installation fee to schedule a in-home broadband appointment.

DO NOT click any links or provide payment or personal information. Jefferson PUD does not request an installation fee for in-home, grant-funded broadband appointments.

If you receive one of these messages noting in any way an appointment fee, delete it and contact Jefferson PUD's customer service team.

Please note: JPUD continues to connect homes across the county to its broadband network, and customers in active fiber areas are receiving a notification, however we do not charge for the appointment or installation service! If you have any questions at all regarding the validity of an email, please give our team a call at (360) 385-5800. Our staff can verify the emails authenticity and walk you through next steps and any questions you may have.
