The City of Hobart has officially launched new residential rebate programs for exterior and energy-efficient home upgrades. Funding is limited and projects must be pre-approved before work begins.

📣 Now Launching: Residential Rebate Programs 🏡
Mayor Josh Huddlestun and the City of Hobart are proud to introduce two Residential Rebate Programs designed to help homeowners improve their homes, increase property value, and save on energy costs! ✨
🔨 Exterior Facade Rebate Program (EFRP)
Receive partial reimbursement for exterior upgrades such as windows, siding, roofing, and gutters.
💡 Interior Energy Rebate Program (IERP)
Receive partial reimbursement for energy-efficient upgrades such as HVAC systems, water heaters, and insulation.
These programs are available to owner-occupied, single-family homes within Hobart city limits.
⏳ Funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
✅ Pre-approval is required before starting any project.
